Cindricka LaJane Arrington is an accomplished business and IT operations leader with 16 years of solid experience in project & portfolio management, marketing, medical device demand planning, and university teaching. Adept at guiding enterprise-level program initiatives through all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), she has proven ability to manage multiple project teams concurrently, leading to optimized QDM processes that reduce costs and increase strategic yields. As a Vice President Representative she is proficient in third-party and vendor management office (VMO) contract negotiations. Additionally, she is skilled in executing strategies that align with VP/SVP financial goals to provide customer value while enhancing business opportunities.

Cindricka is a certified project management professional (PMP) and SAFe agilist (SA) with a BS in computer science, an MBA in management, and an MS in information systems technology management specializing in project management. As an adjunct professor for the past thirteen years, Cindricka teaches business and information technology courses to both traditional and nontraditional learners.
