Cindricka LaJane

As an ordained non-denominational Christian minister, Cindricka has a heart for those who are at a crossroads in life due to sorrow or complex life interruptions. She helps women and girls answer the question, “After the tears, then what’s next?” Pastor C or Minister Drick, as she is affectionately called, believes in proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance, Acts 28:31. Serving women and girls through mentoring, one-on-one coaching, or at faith conferences is dear to her heart to empower with holy revelation and healing using biblical preface with relatable, real world context. She is a big sister to many but only mom to one, Zora, who won her first collegiate scholarship at eight years old and was chosen to serve as a member of the National Youth Leadership Council- Pathways to STEM at the National 4H Center in Washington, DC in July 2016.

Additionally, Cindricka has served many ministry leadership roles and titles at the local and state level for the past twenty years, including but not limited to: Bible teacher, itinerant preacher, women’s leader, youth director, administration, and Christian education dean. She is passionate about having authenticity in Jesus Christ by pursuing excellence every day with your God given gifts and abilities. Her motto is “Don’t sweat the small stuff, because it’s all small. If you don’t like the way you were born, try being born again.” Current focused missions she is involved in is congregational care and women’s jail ministry where Minister Drick shares the gospel but also teaches female inmates business and life skills to help prepare them for release. Cindricka has spoken for several conferences, conventions, and school events where she has witnessed lives changed for the better. In 2014, God Girls Ministries was founded to house the philanthropic efforts of the preaching/teaching ministry focused on character education and empowerment living. Among her degrees and certifications, Cindricka has a Masters in Christian Studies from Union University.
